Travel with me

Well, today is bittersweet but the kiddos have to get back to school and I have to get back to my blog and business. Visiting my brother in Reading, PA was an absolute pleasure. Spending time with my sister in law, brother, niece, nephew, and last but not least Grammy was awesome.

Reading, Pennsylvania

The city of Reading is a small but busy little town with an abundance of character. I love that the houses all have their own identity and curb appeal. The beauty of the green fields filled with crops galore instills the feeling of family and history.

Flying with American Airlines

Our flight to Pennsylvania went as smoothly as it could have. Keep in mind that this was the first time my children have flown so they both definitely had a little bit of pre flight jitters. However, I made sure they were equipped with their own supply of tablets, headphones, snacks, and bookbags.

Give me my travel miles

One thing that I do recommend if you plan to travel and continue to fly is to utilize frequent flyer miles to your advantage. I’m a member of AA.com and love the fact that I get miles that I can use towards my next flight, hotel, or car rental.

We’ll get into that more at a later time and in another more detailed blog post.

Conclusion

To conclude, traveling is always interesting and fun, but spending time with family is priceless. I will definitely return to PA because part of my heart is neatly tucked there. So as always tomorrow is not promised so live every day to the fullest. Wings up! #AmericanAirlines #PA #SC #family

Writing has always been a passion of mine. Since a young age writing was a very needed way of escaping to places unknown. I remember writing my first "book" in my bedroom as a youngling. The love of poetry and writing just continued to grow through my adolescent, teen, and adult years. I never really shared my stories or poetry with anyone until I was older and more comfortable with rejection. Expressing my feelings through words is something that no one can ever take from me. Today as a mother of two rambunctious children I find myself writing educational, poetry, and romance works of art. In my educational works you can always find a hidden message that hopefully will make you not only evaluate yourself but think about others. My romance novels and poems are super steamy and definitely for a mature audience. No matter the genre that I am writing for I just hope that the world enjoys every moment.
