I loved every event I planned and my favorite part of the process was seeing everything come together. During my recent visit to Pennsylvania I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Anne Louise and her team of incredible cake artists. The entire team was extremely friendly and professional. I was first of all blown away by the overall design and presentation of the birthday cake for my brother, and also the fact that the cake was carried to the car by the artist herself. Now let’s talk about the cake! Can you say GORGEOUS! TASTY! PERFECTION!

I mean really Chef Anne Louise and her team exemplify excellence. The cake was moist and completely gone by the next morning! Another thing that shocked me about the cake is the fact that my son is not a cake person and never eats birthday cake. As a matter of fact he always just wants big decorated cookies for his birthday parties. Well, every time I turned around the kid was asking me for more cake! On the way to the airport, I turned to look in the back seat and this guy is eating more cake.
